Thanks to the Naval Research Lab, and the efforts of Namir Kassim
and Bill Erickson, the VLA's 74 MHz receiver system was completed in
the spring of 1998. Both the observing strategies and the data
reduction at these low frequencies differ significantly from those
used for the more traditional VLA bands. We will try to
communicate the lessons learned from our growing experience with the
system by regularly updating this page and the listed documents.
