The VLA Scientific Memoranda discuss instrumental, algorithmic,
and other issues which directly affect the science done with the
VLA. They are distinguished from the
VLA Test Memoranda in being further removed
from the instrumentation, covering somewhat broader issues, and
concentrating more often on data processing techniques.
